Tonight for tea I made this delicious slow cooker chicken with creamy mushroom sauce! This was seriously tasty and highly recommended if you’re looking for proper comfort food :) I’ve listed everything I used down below. This will serve 4 people generously! Just throw everything in and cook on hight for 5 hours.

Serves 4 people generously
I used-
4 Chicken breast portions
3 Tablespoons cream cheese
200g (1.4 cups) Sliced or diced mushrooms
295g (1 cup) Campbells mushroom soup
60ml (1/4 cup) Milk
180ml (3/4 cup) Double/heavy cream
2 Tablespoons butter
1 Teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
***We had ours with mashed potato :) but it’s lovely with rice or pasta too***
