TODAY – THE BEST RAW KALE SALAD RECIPE!
In this kale salad recipe video, I am not only sharing my latest kale salad recipe, but the many substitutes for the ingredients I’m using. By changing up the ingredients, you will feel like you are having a different kale salad every time. You can also apply this recipe with any other leafy greens.
In this kale salad, I am using dried cranberries but you can use any dried fruit of your choice. You can also substitute the apple with a pear, but I much more like it with apples.
For my kale salad I do not use any dressing; I just add lemon juice, avocado oil and salt.
I like to use sharp cheeses like blue cheese, gorgonzola, and cheddar.
And if you want to make this kale salad vegan, just skip the cheese.
As far as the nuts, the options are endless… I think the only nut I haven’t use in this salad yet is almonds.
The recipe is similar to the kale salad you buy from Whole foods.
