Authentic Dishes with my personal Touch 😍


for marination

Chicken -1/2 kg boneless
Dark soya sauce -11/2tsp or normal soya sauce -1 tbsp
Rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar or normal vinegar -11/2tsp
Pepper Powder -1/2tsp
Sugar or honey -1tsp
Salt -1/4tsp
Corn Flour -2tsp

For the Sauce –

Dark Soya sauce -11/2 tsp or normal soya sauce -2tbsp
Rice vinegar or apple cedar Vinegar -1tsp
White Vinegar -1tsp
Sugar -1tsp
Salt -1/2tsp
Corn Flour -2tsp
Sesame Oil -1tsp

Dry Red chilli -12-15
Finely Chopped Garlic -2tbsp
Finely Chopped Ginger -1tsp
Celery 1tsp
Capsicum -1/4cup
Roasted Peanuts -15
Spring Onion –


We need to marinated the chicken. Take a bowl add 1 ½ tsp dark soya sauce , 1½ tsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, ½ tsp pepper, salt , 2 tsp cornflour. Mix all this. Then add the completely drained chicken into this mix and keep it aside for 30 mins.

Take another small bowl add 1 tsp of rice vinegar, 1tsp normal vinegar, 1 tsp dark soya sauce, salt, sugar/honey or brown sugar, pepper powder , 1 ½ tsp cornflour mix all this with a little water. Add ½ tsp of sesame oil. Mix well. Adjust salt according.

Take 15 whole red chilly. Take out the seeds inside and slice it and keep aside.

Take a kadai on high flame fry the chicken until 3/4th done. Fry the chicken in sesame oil.fry and keep the chicken aside.

In the same kadai heat some sesame oil . add garlic , ginger and celery finely diced. Saute . then add the whole red chilly. Saute . then add capsicum and peanuts/cashewnuts. Saute well. Add the chicken pieces. Cook it well. Then add the sauce mix. Saute. Add a bit of sugar(optional) Check the spices. Add some spring onion to garnish.
