INGREDIENTS
Chicken drumsticks
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 yellow onion
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp red hot sauce
1 tbsp poultry seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 and 1/2 cup self rising flour
Use half the seasoning on the chicken the rest for the flour.
