Shredded Chicken (I used pre cooked rotisserie)
What to do:
Chop up the celery, walnuts, red onion and cilantro and add to a large bowl with the shredded chicken. Then add 1/3 cup of primal kitchen mayo and ¼ cup of dijon mustard. Mix everything together and add to your meal prep containers. Add in your favorite crackers or chips and enjoy throughout the week!
