Here is a very Tasty Chicken Curry Recipe! It is very easy to cook, it should take you no more than 45 mins or an hour to make! There are a few things that you can omit or substitute if you would like as well!

– Servings 3 – 4
– PrepCooking time 40 – 60 mins,
– 1 onion
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1 tsp Ginger for the sauce and a bit more for the rice
– 1 pice of Lemongrass, for the rice
– 1 yogurt
– 1 Star anise
– 100g mushrooms or 1/4 lbs
– 2 medium peppers
– 1 head of broccoli
– 300g chicken, you can sub for pork, beef or veg. 1/2 lbs
– 1 lime
– 1 can of coconut milk
– 2 TBS of Thai curry paste, The red is hotter, so add less if you don’t want it too spicy.
– 3 TBS of fish sauce
– 450ml or 2 cups of Jasmine rice, if you make to much it’s okay.
– Salt to taste
