- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice
Butter Chicken Sauce
- 30g Light Butter (Brand: Lurpak)
- 1 Medium Onion Sliced
- 2 Large Tomatoes Chopped or 1 Canned Tomatoes
- 40g Cashew Nuts
- 120g Low Fat Yogurt
Butter Chicken Seasoning:
- 1 tsp Salt, Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
Golden Rice:
- 500g Cooked Basmati Rice
- Season with Salt, Paprika, Turmeric
Side Salad:
- Chopped Tomato
- Sliced Red Onion
- Chopped Parsley
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder

Important Cooking Notes:
- Marinate the chicken overnight for best flavour
- Oven bake for 15mins at 190C / 375F
Air Fry for 12mins at 190C / 375F
- Make the golden rice while the chicken is cooking
