Tandoori Chicken Recipe In IFB Microwave | How to Make Tandoori Chicken In Oven.
Tandoori Chicken is a popular dish in the Indian subcontinent that is prepared using a roasting procedure in a clay oven. The process is very simple and the outcome is very tasty. If you don’t have a clay pot, you can still enjoy tandoori chicken at home using your microwave oven.
Ingredients I used to marinate the Tandoori Chicken:
Chicken ( two leg pieces)
Hung Curd (curd drained of all the water)
Coriander powder
Garam masala powder
Chaat masala
Red chili powder
Lemon juice
Kasuri methi
Ginger-garlic paste
Mustard oil (optional)
Salt as per taste
Butter for basting the chicken during grilling
The quantity of the above ingredients may vary depending upon the chicken quantity you are going to cook. So, you may change the quantity as per your requirement. The purpose of this video is to guide you on which settings to use to prepare Tandoori chicken.
