Stay Happy, Stay Healthy & Enjoy Cooking Gauri & Nitin Dhamale Ingredients – Chicken Drumsticks – 600gm ( 6 No. give cuts on each Drumstick) Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1 to 2 Tbs Turmeric powder – 1/2ts Red chili powder – 1Tbs Tandoori Chicken Masala Powder – 1Tbs ( Ready made from Packet) Coriander Powder – 1ts Cumin Powder – 1ts Black Pepper Powder – 1ts Mustard seed Powder – 1ts Kasturi Methi Powder - 1ts Rock/ Pink Salt – 1ts Oil - 1Tbs Thick Curd – 3 Tbs Lemon Juice – ½ Lemon Salt – to taste Oil for Shallow Frying Method- • Dry Chicken Drumsticks with Kitchen Tower or Dry clean cloth. • In a mixing bowl add chicken and all other ingredients and mix well to make Marinade • Let it rest for minimum 45min • Add little oil to Hot non-stick frying pan or Grill pan and Chicken Drumsticks and cook one side for 6 to 8 min on medium flame. • Turn the chicken on other side and cover and cook for 6 to 8 min. • Cover and Cook till Chicken is cooked turning few times (it will take 15 to 20 min). • Serve hot with Chat masala and Salad of Onion, Capsicum, Cabbage and Coriander
