Sweet corn chicken balls• ramadan special snack• simple snack recipe


Ingredients- Chicken boneless-250grm Sweet corn- 1/2 cup Capsicum- 1/2 chopped Corn flour - 2 teaspoon Milk- 1/2 glass Pepper powder Salt Chilly flakes Ginger garlic chilly paste- 1 teaspoon Method- • fry chicken by adding gunger garkic chilly paste ,pepper powder and salt •shred the fried chicken in to small pieces •mix 2 teaspoon cornflour in half glass milk •heat a pan and add butter .then saute a little garlic pieces. When garlic turn color add milk mix and stir well till it form a thick paste and add sweetcorn and capsicum and mix well.Then add salt pepper powder, chilly flakes and chicken pieces...mix well by adding little mozeralla cheese and off the flame. Let it cool down and make small balls out of it. • coat the balls with cornflour water mix and breadcrumps...deep fry eaach balls in hot oil... • serve hot
