Whenever I’ve tried Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls from a Chinese takeaway, I’ve always been hugely disappointed. Soggy batter, mushy chicken and a flourescent orange sauce really aren’t very appetising.

So you must try my version – in this video recipe I show you how to make Chinese Takeaway-style Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls – the batter is crispy, the chicken is juicy and tender, and the sauce is delicious. It’s an excellent meal!
