1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
1/4 tsp fennel seed
1/ 2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 large yellow onion
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 box spaghetti
24 oz. Prego Italian Sauce Flavored with Meat Sauce
