Here's one for you cooking video fans. This is my super easy shredded chicken recipe. Chicken breast, salsa, beer in a crock-pot (aka slow cooker). Don't get much easier then that. And you can make a big batch up and freeze it. Makes for some quick meals on those days you don't feel like cooking. And if you get the chicken on sale pretty cheap too.
