Strawberry Raspberry Smoothie


In this video, I make a delicious strawberry raspberry smoothie. This is super easy to blend up quickly and is the perfect drink to start your day off with. Full Recipe: https://cookingperfected.com/strawberry-raspberry-smoothie/ If you want a list of all the ingredients that are used in this recipe, then you can find it below. 1 cup strawberries ½ cup raspberries ½ cup milk ½ cup plain yogurt 1 tsp vanilla bean or extract 1 Tbsp honey You can play around with the ingredients until you get the perfect blend that you’re happy with. Obviously, removing some ingredients will radically change the texture and taste of this smoothie. If you prefer a thicker and colder smoothie, then adding something like half a cup of ice will achieve precisely that. If you work out tons or have a particular ingredient that you love to add, such as LSA, oats, protein powder, and more, then you can add this to the smoothie. I find about one tablespoon will be more than enough. You can remove the honey if you don’t think you will need a sweetener. It’s also important to note that if you’re using low-fat varieties of milk and yogurt, then these often have added sugar in them as well.
