Strawberry Pista Shrikhand made with fresh strawberries and California Pista...just what this season called for. Enjoy chilled next day.
Ingredients :
Approx 60 gm California Pistachios (blanched & finely chopped)
400 gm Curd (to be kept overnight in refrigerator in a muslin cloth to drain water)
3 tbs Powder Sugar
1.5 tbs Milk Powder (optional)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
5-6 finely chopped Strawberries
Method :
In a mixing bowl, take Hung Curd
Sieve and add Powder Sugar, gently mix it
Add 1.5 tbs Milk Powder (optional)
Mix it well and add 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
Add finely chopped California Pistachios
Add 5-6 finely chopped Strawberries
Give it a good mix
Refrigerate for 2 hours to serve chilled
Serve Shrikhand in Martini Glass to make it look more fancy
Garnish with some chopped Strawberries & Pistachios
