This Strawberry Peach Smoothie Recipe is creamy, delicious and loaded with flavor! You can use fresh or frozen fruit, I chose to use fresh strawberries since they are in season right now and frozen peaches to help keep the smoothie creamy and cold without using ice. Ice tends to water down the smoothie and take away from some of the awesome natural flavors.
Another tip: don’t skip the yogurt. The yogurt in this recipe enhances the smoothie texture and flavor. Use your favorite plain or vanilla yogurt or non-dairy yogurt. I am using the dairy free vanilla version from Yoplait Oui. It tastes delicious in this smoothie recipe.
