Here's the recipe:
STRAWBERRY & CREAM DAIQUIRI
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Rum
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Peach Schnapps
½ oz. (15ml) Whipped Cream Vodka
½ oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
Frozen Strawberries
Dash Grenadine
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
¼ Cup Powdered Sugar
Dash Vanilla Extract
Strawberry
PREPARATION
1. Add frozen blueberries, rum, peach schnapps, simple syrup, grenadine and ice to the blender. Combine well and set aside.
2. Add heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and whipped cream vodka to bowl. Whip to desired consistency.
3. Layer strawberry mix and whipped cream mix in the glass. Garnish with a strawberry. Enjoy!
