Storable Snack Recipe | Chicken Potato Nuggets | Evening Snacks Recipe | Toasted
Ingredients :
Chicken potato nuggets
Boiled potato 2 medium size
Salt to taste
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chili 2 pieces
Onion 2 tbsp
Boiled chicken 1/2 cup
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Mix well
Grease oil
Spread evenly
Dip into beaten egg
Coat with bread crumbs
Keep in the freezer for 10 mins
You can store it in the freezer for 1 month
Fry until golden brown
