STIR-FRIED PORK IN HOISIN SAUCE | CH SECRET RECIPES


This stir-fried pork in hoisin sauce takes pork chop slices and coats them with these all known Chinese hoisin sauce. It’s an easy recipe and it takes only 15 minutes to cook. Follow these few steps and makes these recipe special for dinner. Ingredients: Pork Chop - 300g Capsicum (Red) - 50g Capsicum (Yellow) - 50g Olive Oil - 1 tbsp Minced Garlic - 2 tsp Hoisin Sauce - 2 tbsp Brown Sugar - 1 tsp Procedure: 1. Slice the pork chop into thin strips. 2. Slice the yellow and red capsicum diagonally. 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan. 4. Sauté the minced garlic for few minutes. 5. Add the sliced pork chop 6. Stir fry for 5 minutes then add the hoisin sauce. 7. Mix together with the sauce and cover and let it cook for 5 minutes. 8. Add the capsicum and cook for 3 minutes. 9.
