Here the method of preparation of the Spicy Veal Rice / Spicy Beef Rice or Spicy Meat rice is given Ingredients 250 gms of Boneless Veal or Beef pieces 2 Onions cut into pieces 4 Tomatoes cut into pieces 25 gms of garlic cut into pieces 25 gms of Ginger cut into pieces 2 Green chillies 1 Spoon of Garam masala or Spice mix 1 Spoon of Fennel powder A quarter spoon of turmeric powder 10 ml of oil 1 Cup of rice 1 liter of water Salt to taste Preparation Heat the pan of the pressure cooker and pour in 10 ml of oil.. Put in the onions, garlic, ginger and green chillies and saute till the onions are a golden brown. Add the tomatoes and saute well. Add the garam masala powder, turmeric powder and fennel powder and saute and mix.Pour in 400 ml of water and mix all the ingredients.
