Tomato Chicken Curry (Tamatar Murgh) is an Indian chicken curry cooked with lots of fresh tomatoes and mild spices. This curry goes very well with Indian bread or steamed rice.
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
⅓ cup curd
3 onion
5 tomato
3_4 Kashmiri chili ?️/ Kashmiri chili powder/ red orange food colour
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
fresh cream can be added

green chillies
¾ cup oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp pepper powder
1 black cardamom
4-5 green cardamom
4-5 cloves
