Ingredients
1.5 pound chicken (dark meat)
1 scallion
1 Cup chinese peppercorn
1 star anise
1 cup peanuts(optional)
3 cups red dry chillies
1/2 head of garlic
8 slices of ginger
Corn starch enough to coat
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
1 tsp chinese five spice
3 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
