Spicy Chicken Pasta
Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Chicken breast 2
Garlic powder 1 ½ tsp
Alba Pomace Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Smoked paprika 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Alba Pomace Olive Oil (for cooking) 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Pasta:
Water as required
Salt 1 tsp
Nature’s Own Brand pasta 200 g
Alba Pomace Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1/2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Chicken stock 1 cup
Cream 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Boiled spaghetti
Fresh parsley as required
Chicken strips as required

Directions for Chicken Preparation:
1. In a bowl add olive oil, smoked paprika, red chili powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder and mix well.
2. Add chicken fillets and coat them well in marinade. Rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
3. In a pan heat oil and place marinated chicken fillets. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes over medium high heat. Take off flame.
4. Slice the cooked chicken fillets into thin strips. Set aside.
Directions for Pasta Preparation:
5. In a pot heat water, add salt and oil. Bring it to boil.
6. Add pasta and cook until 80% done.
7. In a pan heat butter and add onion and cook until translucent. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Now add chili flakes and cook for another minute.
8. Add tomato paste and cook for a minute. Add chicken stock and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
9. Now add cream, salt, black pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes. Or until creamy in texture.
10. Add boiled pasta and chicken strips and toss to combine.
11. Your spicy chicken pasta is ready to serve. Garnish with parsley, Serve hot and enjoy.
