Easy and Simple chicken Dry Roast/Spicy chicken/Chicken dry/Non veg/chicken recipes

Ingredients
chicken – 1/2kg
Turmeric powder – 1/4tsp
Salt – 1/2tsp
Lemon juice – 2tsp
Ginger-Garlic-Greenchilli paste – 2tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1tsp
Black pepper – 1/2tsp
Fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cloves – 4
Green Cardamom- 2
Dry Red chillies – 7-8
Oil
Green chillies – 2
Tomato – 1 large
onion – 1 large
Salt to taste
curry leaves as required
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp
coriander powder – 1 1/2tsp
Water – as required
Fried curry leaves for decorating
• Add Coriander leaves or kasuri methi (Dried Fenugreek leaves) for more flavour.
• you can vary the amount of green chilies,dry red chillies and red chilli powder to suit your spice level
• use Coconut oil for better taste.
• you can replace kashmiri redchili powder with normal redchili powder. Make sure to adjust the quantity since kashmiri redchilli powder is less spicy.
