This is a delicous Sunday Special Chicken Curry ,which is my own recipe,easy & quick to prepare...it goes really well with pao/pav or some rice too.
Ingredients
450 gms boneless chicken breasts cut into small cubes
10 dried red chillies
2 light green chillies
10 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
1 medium onion
1/2 cup of grated dried coconut
1/4 tsp haldi/turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin/jeera powder
1 tbsp corriander/dhania powder
1 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tbsp malwani powder masala
salt to taste
