Special Crispy Broast, now you can make it to perfection at home. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #NoMoreHeartBurn Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/2WMXO2i Special Broast Serves 4-5 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Water 5-6 Cups (enough to dip chicken) -Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tbs -Sirka (Vinegar) ½ Cup -Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 2-3 tbs -Chicken with skin 4 pieces -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tbs or to taste -Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 & ½ tbs -Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp -Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp -Mustard powder 1 & ½ tsp -Soy sauce 2 tbs -Chilli sauce 2 tbs -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2-3 Cups -Water 4-5 Cups -Cooking oil for frying Directions: -In a bowl,add water,salt,vinegar green chilli paste and mix well. -Add chicken pieces & dip properly and marinate for 4-5 hours. -In a bowl,add marinated chicken,red chilli powder,garlic powder,salt,black pepper powder,baking powder,mustard powder,soy sauce,chilli sauce,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes. -In one bowl,all-purpose flour & add water in another bowl. -Now coat marinated chicken pieces in all-purpose flour then dip into water & again coat in all-purpose flour. -In a wok,heat cooking oil (155 C) and fry chicken pieces on low flame until golden & crispy (10-12 minutes). -Serve with bun & potato fries! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Water 5-6 Cups (enough to dip chicken) -Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tbs -Sirka (Vinegar) ½ Cup -Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 2-3 tbs -Chicken with skin 4 pieces -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tbs or to taste -Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 & ½ tbs -Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp -Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp -Mustard powder 1 & ½ tsp -Soy sauce 2 tbs -Chilli sauce 2 tbs -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2-3 Cups -Water 4-5 Cups -Cooking oil for frying Directions: -Bowl mein pani,namak,sirka aur hari mirch paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Chicken pieces dal ker properly dip karein aur 4-5 hours kliya marinate ker lein. -Bowl mein marinated chicken,lal mirch powder,lehsan powder,namak,kali mirch powder,baking powder,mustard powder,soy sauce aur chilli sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein. -Ek bowl mein maida dal dein aur dosray bowl mein pani dal dein. -Ab marinated chicken pieces ko maida mein ache tarhan coat ker lein phir pani mein dip karein aur dubara maida mein coat ker lein. -Karhai mein cooking oil (155 C) per garam karein aur chicken pieces ko halki ancch per golden & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein (10-12 minutes). -Bun & potato fries ka saath serve karein!
