Red chilly powder- 2 tablespoons
Turmeric powder- 1 tea spoon

Roasted fenugreek powder- 1 teaspoon
Fresh curry leaves- 10-12 sprigs
Salt- to taste
Vegetable oil
Coconut oil – to fry fenugreek seeds and curry leaves.
