1/2 cup cooking oil
2 tbsp butter
Creole or Cajun seasoning to taste
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp roasted garlic and herb seasoning
1/2 - 1 cup yellow onions diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
1/2 cup green bell pepper diced
1/2 cup celery diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups chicken broth
Couple dashes of hot sauce if u saucy
