'Soup Nor Mai' is a dish very appreciated by Laotian people. Its name doesn’t mean 'soup', it is actually a dish made of bamboo filaments in a sticky rice sauce. The bamboo shoots are cooked in an extract of yanang leaves and aromatics. It is a fragrant dish.
