So delicious! My kids want me to make this every weekend! Easy Pork Loin Recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
500g Pork loin
Score both sides of the meat
Cut into strips
Place in a bowl
Green onion
Cut the green onion
Slice ginger
1tbsp cooking wine
Salt
Mix well and set aside for 15 minutes
Remove the green onion and ginger
1tbsp soy sauce
Mix well
80g corn starch
60ml water
Mix well
Pour on the meat
1tbsp vegetable oil
Medium heat
Fry the pork strips in the oil
Fry for 4-5 minutes
Remove from the oil onto paper towel
Olive oil
10g ginger
2tbsp vinegar
1tbsp cooking wine
4tbsp white sugar
1/4tsp dark soy sauce
100ml water
Mix well
Add to the pan
Add 1tbsp corn starch and 2tbsp water mixed
Add the fried meat to the pan
Stir fry for about 2 minutes
Done!
So tasty and delicious!
Makes a perfect meal with a side dish!
