1/4 Cup Curd
1.0 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup Blackberries
1/2 Banana
1/2 Tsp Flax seeds
Ice Cubes
Ingredients for Strawberries Raspberries Smoothie:
1/8 Cup Curd
1.0 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Strawberries
1/2 Cup Raspberries
1.0 Banana
1.0 Tsp Sunflower seeds or any dry fruits
Ingredients for Avacado Banana Smoothie:
1.5 Cup Milk
1.0 Avacado
1.0 Banana
Ice Cubes
Ingredients for Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie:
1.5 Cup Milk
1.0 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
3.0 Spoon Peanut Butter
1.0 Banana
Ice Cubes
