This is one go to breakfast smoothie that I have started liking so much in this winter..sharing the recipe with you guys here.. all you need is
1 frozen banana ?
Few strawberries ?
1 kiwi ?
Few blueberries ?
Little bit of hung curd ⚪
You can also add little bit of milk ?
And some honey / maple syrup ?
(as per taste)
Blend them !! ?
And It's ready ... It's that easy ..
Within 1 min the smoothie is ready and you can enjoy your healthy breakfast ..
Feel free to add other seasonal fruits to give it your touch .. ☺️
