An amazingly simple chicken recipe loaded with bold flavours - Do try our Sizzling Dahi Boti recipe this ramadan. #happycookingtoyou #Foodfusion #digitalammi Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/40tpp7I Serves 3-4 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Dahi (Yogurt) thick 3-4 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste ½ tbs -Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste ½ tbs -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 2 tbs -Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs -Boneless chicken 500g -Cooking oil 2 tbs Prepare Flavored Butter Tarka: -Makhan (Butter) 3-4 tbs -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ¼ tsp -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1 tbs -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup or as required Directions: -In a bowl,add yogurt,green chilli paste,raw papaya paste,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,cumin powder,salt,garam masala powder,gram flour,lemon juice & whisk well. -Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 2 hours. -In a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until chicken is tender (14-15 minutes). Prepare Flavored Butter Tarka: -In a saucepan,add butter & let it melt. -Add red chilli crushed,fresh coriander,mint leaves,mix well & set aside. -On heated sizzler pan,add chicken boti,pour yogurt,flavored butter & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Dahi (Yogurt) thick 3-4 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste ½ tbs -Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste ½ tbs -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 2 tbs -Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs -Boneless chicken 500g -Cooking oil 2 tbs Prepare Flavored Butter Tarka: -Makhan (Butter) 3-4 tbs -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ¼ tsp -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1 tbs -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup or as required Directions: -Bowl mein dahi,hari mirch paste,kacha papita paste,adrak lehsan paste,lal mirch powder,zeera powder,namak,garam masala powder,baisan aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 2 hours kliya marinate ker lein. -Frying pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per chicken gul janay tak paka lein (14-15 minutes). Prepare Flavored Butter Tarka: -Saucepan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein. -Lal mirch crushed,hara dhania aur podian dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein. -Garam sizzler pan mein chicken boti,dahi aur flavored butter dal ker serve karein!
