Spicy Broasted Chicken with Crispy Coating and Flavorful Marinade
We talk about making spicy broasted chicken. First, we take a chicken breast and cut it into pieces. We then pound the chicken with a knife to tenderize it. Next, we marinate the chicken in a mixture of spices like chili powder, oregano, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, vinegar, salt, mustard sauce, crushed pepper, lemon juice, and chili flakes. After marinating for 30 minutes, we add flour and water to create a wet batter. We also make a dry batter with flour, corn flour, crushed pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, oregano, and chili powder. We then coat the marinated chicken in the dry batter and deep fry it until crispy. Finally, we serve the chicken with a dipping sauce.
