One handful arugula
Pinch candy pecans
Pinch of feta cheese

One small cabbage head
2 cups shredded carrots
3 tablespoons salt

Dressing:
1/2 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/2 suger
1/3 rice vinegar
1 tablespoon Sesame seed oil
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
