Chicken – 1/2 kg (medium pieces)
Oil – 1/4 cup
Onion – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 2 Tsp
Salt
Tumeric powder – 1Tsp
Chilli powder – 2 Tsp
Coriander powder – 1 Tsp
Cumin powder – 3/4 Tsp
Water – 1 cup
Garam masala – 1/2 Tsp
Curry leaves
Kasoori Methi – 1 Tbsp
Can use coriander leaves instead kasoori methi
To Blend:
Cashews 8 nos + 2 tbsp warm milk
Tomatoes – 3 medium sized
