Add boneless chicken and yogurt cook. When chicken dries out add cream and lemon juice turn off the flame. Add prepared batter in capsicum. Heat butter add capsicum cover and cook for 15 minute. When it soft serve with rice. Savoury Potatoes: Ingredients: Potatoes ½ kg Tikka boti 1 packet Water 1 cup Milk 1 cup Salt ½ tsp Black pepper ½ tsp Boiled eggs 2 Grated cheddar cheese ½ cup Parsley 2 tbsp Crushed red chilies ½ tsp Cream ½ cup Butter 50 gm Method: Cut potatoes in cubes. Add water, milk, salt and black pepper cook on low flame. When potatoes is done turn off flame. Remove from dish add cream and boiled eggs. Add grated cheddar cheese, fried boti and crushed red chilies bake for 10 minute. Remove in dish and serve with parsley.
