Cut the end of the shimeji mushroom and clean it. 2. Heat up some water in a pot. Bring it to a boiling and add washed shimeji mushroom to cook for 2 minutes. 3. Move the shimeji mushroom out to cool down. 4. Chop the chilly pepper, spring onion, garlic. 5. Prepare a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, chilly oil and chopped ingredients in above step together. 6. Add shimeji mushroom to the bowl with sauce. Mix thoroughly and enjoy.
