Sheer Khurma recipe also called Sheer Korma is a rich Mughlai dessert of vermicelli pudding made during the festive occasion of Eid ul-Fitr. Sheer khurma is made with milk, vermicelli, dates, nuts, and sugar. In the Persian language ‘Sheer’ means milk and ‘Khurma’ is dates.
Sheer kurma is a rich dessert consisting of various dry fruits, nuts, ghee, milk and there are different variations of making it.
My recipe is very simple and instant recipe without soaking dryfruits …..this is truly my version of sheer khurma I hope u all liked this creamy texture dessert recipe….
Ingredients
11/2 ltr milk
1/2 cup desi ghee(pure ghee)
1 cup roasted seviya
Almond 1/3 cup
Cashew 1/3 cup
Pistachio 1/3 cup
All dry roughly sliced or chopped
MTR badam drink mix 2 packet /saffron 2-3 thread and 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/3 cup sugar
100 gm milkmaid(condensed milk)
