Tips
1- use meat with bone and fat for flavour
2- cook lentil in paste form for soft and moist texture
Ingredients
Beef/mutton 1kg
Chickpea lentil 250gm
Oil 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli flakes to taste
Garlic 5 cloves
Ginger around 2 inches
Cumin 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Mix spices
Green chillies 8 to 10
Eggs 2
Water 1.5 glass
Method
Soak lentil for two hours.
In a pan/pressure cooker add meat, salt, red chilli flakes, mix spices, ginger, garlic and water and cook for ten minutes. Add soaked chickpea lentil and cook until meat tender and lentil cook perfectly.
Dish it out and let it cool.
Now remove bones and spices and chop it in chopper with green chilli and ginger.
Grease hands with oil and shape meat mixture into kebab.
In a pan Add 4 tbsp oil warm it and fry kebab in it until golden from both sides.
Kebabs are ready.
Dish out and serve with ketchup .
