• 5 tbsp oil
• 2 tbsp garlic
• 1 tsp ginger powder
• 3-4 green chillies
• 1/2 cup mushrooms
• 1 carrot
• 1/4 tsp white pepper
• 1 tsp chicken powder
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 3 tbsp chilli sauce
• 2 tbsp dark soya sauce
• 1 onion
• 2 capsicums
• Salt as per taste
• 4 tbsp ketchup
• 1 cup chicken stock + 2 tbsp cornflour (mix)
• Fried chicken
• 1 tbsp white vinegar
