செய்முறை:
பாத்திரத்தில் எண்ணெய் ஊற்றி பட்டை லவங்கம் சேர்த்து வதக்கவும்
பின்பு வெட்டி வைத்த இஞ்சி பூண்டு சேர்த்து நன்கு வதக்கவும்.
பின்பு வெங்காயம் சேர்த்து நன்கு வதக்கவும்.
பின்பு காஞ்சமிளகாய், பச்சைமிளகாய், மஞ்சள் தூள் சேர்த்து நன்கு வதக்கவும்.
பின்பு சிக்கன் சேர்த்து நன்கு வதக்கவும்
கடைசியில் மிளகு தூள் சேர்த்து நன்கு வதக்கவும்.
தேவையான அளவு உப்பு சேர்க்கவும்.

Ingredients:
Chicken
Pepper Onions
Biryani Spices - Bark, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom
Ginger
Garlic
Onions
Red Chillies
Turmeric Powder
Pepper Powder
green chilies
Salt
Method:
Heat oil in a big vessel
Add Biryani Spices - Bark, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom, and fry.
Then add chopped ginger and garlic, onions, red chilies, green chilies, turmeric powder and fry well.
Once fried add chicken, pepper powder, salt, and cook for 15 mins.
Finally, Delicious Pepper Chicken Ready.
