Russian Salad | Russian Salad recipe
Pasta – boiled pasta 250gms
Mayonaise – 4 to 5tbspn
Cream (i bought Nestle) – 150gms
Yogurt – 3tbpsn
Sugar – 5tbspn or more as the salad need to be sweet in taste.
White pepper powder – 1/2tspn,
Black pepper powder – 1/2tspn,
Apple – 1 big sliced in desired shape,
Carrot – 1 large grated
Sweet Corn – 1 small Tin,
Cabbage – finely chopped 200gms,
Capsicum – 1 large cut in Cubes,
Salt a pinch
Note – if incase you feel the pasta is a bit dry at any point then increase the quantity of Mayo, Cream and Yogurt. And then Adjust sugar accordingly.
