Ingredients:
120 gm White Chocolate Compound
1 tbsp Rose Syrup
2-3 tbsp Cooking Cream
California Pistachios chopped & blanched
Digestive Biscuits crushed
Rose Petal for garnishing
Milk
120 gm White chocolate compound
Melt chocolate on double boiler or in a microwave
Stir it so it cools down a little
1 tbsp Rose Syrup
Gently mix it
2-3 tbsp cooking cream
Rose white chocolate ganache is ready
Few crushed digestive biscuits
1st layer of shot - crushed biscuits
Soak in few drops of milk
2nd layer of rose white chocolate ganache
Next layer of blanched & chopped California PIstachio
Top layer of rose white chocolate ganache
Garnish chopped pistachio
and rose petal
