Restaurant style spicy chicken gravy | Chicken recipes | Chicken curry

Ingredients :

Redchilly - 8
Cashew nut - 10
Tomatoes - 3 medium
Onion -5 large
Ginger garlic paste - 1 TSP
Redchilly powder - 1 TSP
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 TSP
Chicken - 1 kg
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Dried Fenugreek leaves
Salt
oil
Method :
* Dry roast cashew and redchilly for 2 minutes
* Transfer to the jar and coarsely grind
* Add tomatoes in the jar and finely grind
* In a pan, add oil,onion and Ginger garlic paste
* Add required salt
* Once it's cooked add redchilly powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
* fry it for 2 minutes
* Add chicken and mix well
* Cook for 2minutes
*Add grinded paste and cook for 2 minutes
* Add jar washed water.
* Cook for 5 minutes until the oils splits out
* Add garam masala & mix
* Finally add methi leaves and leave it for a minute.
