Mix everything well & marinate for 1 hour (*keep it in refrigerator). - Heat 3 tbs oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken till golden brown on low flame. Cover & cook till the chickens are done (*Keep flipping after sometime). - Chicken Tikka is ready. To prepare the masala- - Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaf & fry for few seconds. - Add onion & fry for 2-3 mins on medium flame. - Add tomato-ginger-garlic paste, remaining marination masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder & salt. Cover & cook the masalas on medium flame till oil separates. - Add garam masala, roasted fenugreek leaves & fresh cream. Mix well & cook for 2 mins. - Add 1/2 cup water & cook for 2 mins. - Add prepared chicken tikkas & some coriander leaves. Mix everything. - Your Chicken Tikka Masala is ready to serve. #chickentikkamasala #chickentikkagravy #lockdownrecipe
