1 kg chicken
Dry red chilli (sukhi lal mirch) -7-8
Cashews (Kaju)10-12
2 tomatoes
Oil
Onion 1 chopped
1 tbs ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder (haldi powder)
2 tsp red chilli powder (lal mirch powder)
1 tsp Coriander powder (dhaniya powder)
Some water
Dry fenugreek leaves(kasuri methi)
Garam masala powder
Kothmeer
