Restaurant Style Chicken Curry | Chicken Curry Recipe | Restaurant Style Chicken Gravy | Chicken Gravy Recipe by Papa's Cooking| Chicken Curry | Chicken Gravy | Chicken Recipe #restaurantstylechicken #chickencurryrecipe #chickengravy #chickenrecipe #chickencurry #indianchickenrecipes #papa'scookingrecipes #hotelstylechickencurry #hotelstylechicken Subscribe to my channel at: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLJY-8zXixfBd_dO97sXJ4A?view_as=subscriber Ingredients for Restaurant Style Chicken Gravy: - Boneless chicken - 400 gm - Onions, chopped- 2 medium - Tomatoes - 3 medium - Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Powders: - Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp - Red Chilli Powder- 1 tbsp - Coriander powder- 1 tbsp - Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp - Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp -Curd/yogurt - 50ml - Oil - 4 tbsp -Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek leaves) - Salt Preparation: - Roughly chop the onions and tomatoes - Slightly cook/saute the onions and tomatoes (until onions turn translucent and tomatoes skin separate) - blend them into a smooth paste. Process: - Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan - Add 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins on low heat until the raw smell of the ginger garlic is gone. -Add the diced chicken pieces and saute in the oil until chicken changes colour slightly. - Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder, garam masala and cumin powder and mix it well. - Add required salt. -Now add the onion tomato paste and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. - Add curd/yogurt 50 ml, mix well and cook for another 5-6 mins on medium heat till oil separates. - Remove the lid and add Kasuri Methi, mix and simmer for around 2 minutes. - Serve with rice, chapathi, naan, parotta, idli or dosa.
