Red Velvet Panna cotta is an elegant and delicious Italian #DessertRecipe. This #Pannacotta is made with Gelatin, White chocolate, milk, sugar and fresh cream. You can now make this Jiggly #RedvelvetPannacotta with Cookd’s simple recipe. Do try this recipe and share your feedback with us.
Red Velvet Panna cotta Recipe:
Water - 3 tbsp
Gelatin - 1½ tbsp
White Chocolate (chopped) - 150 gms
Red Food Colour - A Few Drops (Optional)
Milk - 280ml
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Fresh Cream - 300 ml
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Cooking Instructions:
1. Soak the gelatin in water for 10-15 mins.
2. Chop up the chocolate until fine and set aside in a bowl.
3. In a saucepan, heat the milk, cream, sugar and vanilla essence.
4. Pour this mixture into the bowl of chocolate when it just comes up to a boil.
5. Add the gelatin and mix until well combined.
6. Pour into small portion bowls and chill for 3-4 hours.
Cooking Tips:
1. To de-mould the Panna cotta, soak the bowl in warm water for a few seconds and tip it on a plate.
2. White chocolate can be replaced with any chocolate of your choice- milk/ dark chocolate.
