Ingredients -
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of baby spinach
- Frozen banana slices (about 1 medium banana)
-1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
